RETURN POLICY

Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your returns. You will receive your returns confirmation by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns email.

The item(s) should be sent back to us in perfect condition, with siriusbonds.com original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and care lotions should be included in your return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

SHIPPING POLICY

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment account minus shipping costs.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. We appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please choose from below options: Standard Royal Mail Delivery. Using our Standard Delivery, your order should be with you in four (4) to five (5) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays (£7.95).

Special Delivery: Your order should arrive within 3 working days and includes tracking number (£25.00).

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return your item for an exchange within 28 days as long as it is for the same product. You can change the size or the colour of your items. If you prefer the exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.
